Project Description
The project Vocational Mentorship and Educational Support of the youth at risk and high risk youth of the Whyte Ave area includes three steps : 1. Building relationships with these youth, getting to know them individually, letting them getting to know us, winning their trust while installing the idea of vocational mentorship in their relationship with our club. This first step aims at seeing "leaders" emerge from the youth, youth that show consistency in their participation to these mentorship opportunities, youth who keep coming back. Identifying the 3-4 youth we want to focus on for step 2. Identifying the needs 2-3 youth and creating serious mentorship opportunities specifically designed for them 3. Identify what educational support would be most beneficial to all or part of these 3-4 youth and providing the counseling assistance and the financial means towards it.

Project Results
1. We have completed 4 vocational mentorship opportunities and participated in multiple initiatives by the organizations we partner with. We have identified three youth as potential candidates to take part in this project's selection process. 2. We are in contact with one at risk female youth passionate by clothing design and currently in school working towards completing her high school degree. 3. We are in contact with one professional clothing designer female interested in mentoring at risk youth 4. We have the support of one social worker well connected to both the youth we are looking to sponsor and to our club
