|
Providing materials, equipment and machines to complete the classrooms/workshops of the newly
constructed Technical and Vocational Training Center (TVET) in Seke Ethiopia.
To provide the tools needed to offer hands on training in practical skills that are in demand both locally
and throughout the country.
To equip high school graduates with marketable skills in order to enter and compete in the labour market,
create their own businesses
To fill the shortage of trained, qualified and certified workers in order to take the economy forward.

Project Results
|
the new TVET institution shall fulfill the following:
• Filling the gap in the shortage of skilled manpower in various development areas.
• Governmental and private organizations can find qualified labor for easily from the local labor market.
• The institution shall be a center of excellence in the area as a competent and qualified training
institution;
• The institution shall produce trained and competent individuals who are employable in the job market
and hence reduce unemployment and underemployment
• Assuring the community with the provision of highly trained, motivated and competent graduates
• To enhance employment opportunities for more boys and girls due to quality and market demanded
skills offered .
The establishment of well equipped, up to date training classrooms will provide relevant and immediately
marketable skills training. |
